When you become an AllTrips Digital Marketing client, the first meeting we have together is your initial Strategy Meeting. We usually have strategy meetings once a quarter, but the first strategy meeting is an important one.
To start things off, we’ll cover any questions you might have after receiving our setup sheet. The setup sheet has many questions, ranging from basic address and phone number information to more in-depth questions about your business. For example, what keywords do you think your guests use to find you online? Who are your competitors? What special events do you promote? Your answers to these questions, along with our research, helps us define your marketing strategy. We also might discuss website changes and additions, such as a new blog, or adding a Book Now button to your home page.
This first strategy meeting with you usually lasts about an hour. Once the meeting is over, we get right to work. We start researching keywords, developing new website titles and descriptions, setup your local listings and review pages, and improve your social media presence. If you run AdWords campaigns, we also overhaul and improve these campaigns for you right away.
After the meeting is over, expect us to be in touch! We want every new listing and page we do for you to be correct and exactly what you asked for. Don’t hesitate to touch base with us, either.
